Aesthetics and Application

Fink Audio Consulting creates many speakers across a wide range of markets and prices. Loudspeaker manufacturers hire them because of their expertise, experience and extremely well equipped simulation and measurement facilities. They are the extension of many speaker makers own R&D teams. Much of their work is confidential. Only if the client elects to mention their involvement are they credited.

When they began, in 2014, designing loudspeakers for themselves, they envisaged it to demonstrate their capabilities and as an internal reference. Then they were loudspeaker engineers, not loudspeaker manufacturers – that changed with the successful introduction of the first three Fink Team Models. WM4, Borg and KIM.

In 2020, they purchased the Epos Loudspeaker brand from its then owner Michael Creek. To them restarting EPOS could only mean re-creating the most famous model, the ES-14. This was a 2-way speaker in a fairly big and classic looking cabinet ideally used on a stand made for it.
